Contrator wanted to charge $85 fee without previous warning for a service call when I felt his estimate for upgrades was too high. Offered to complete work at a discount that would not meet local inspection requirements. Ultimately charged $225 for a 30 minute job without any materials.

John is a very competent electrician and did a good job. He was in and out quickly and the repair was done well.

It was great. They were on time and very professional keeping me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing work done and I will rehire for future projects.

The work went well. Mr. Carroll was very pleasant to deal with. We're happy with the work that was done and would call Mr. Carroll again.

He installed a new one where there was none previously. He was good.

It appeared to be avery simple job. He left lots of scratches on freshly painted wall by switch plate he removed. Charged more than what we could have paid to have the unit installed.

The old fuse panels were removed.  He consolidated to one breaker panel based on KU's meter spot.  He did a nice job cleaning up and was very fast.  There was only minimal drywall repair needed where the one panel was removed but not replaced.  He's very experienced and professional.  He's easy to talk to and easy to understand.  Most importantly to me, there were no surprises.  He did exactly what said he was going to do and it came out as planned.  yes I would recommend him and I will use him again if the need arises.

Called mid morning and within an hour of the initial call the gentlemen were onsite for the repair and out the door. Very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future if needed. Highly recommend!!!

We were on a tight deadline to move two electrical outlets before the cabinet company installed our cabinets. We called John Carrol inc and they came out in less than two days, did the work in several hours, cleaned up the work mess and did an excellent job.

Mr. Carroll was great.  I am so glad I got a knowledgeable person to do the work.  He was so courteous and nice to deal with. The work he did was excellent and I couldn't be any happier with his service.

Mr. Carroll is a long- experienced professional that I hired for the first time. He was knowledgable and arrived on time and completed the job to my expectations. Since he had worked on the house years ago before we bought it, he also shared stories and provided info about the electrical in the home. I would certainly call on him again.
