Door Service
Today -12/20- is the THIRD time we have had installers out to iron out the lousy install; crooked hardware, missing screws, doors that creaked when you opened and several chips in woodwork due to haste during install. As frustrating, was the fact that I had to do ALL the scheduling for the initial install (after waiting two months) and all the follow ups. Not once did anyone call to follow up on the work done or to ask when they could return to fix mistakes - NOT ONCE!!! The product is way overpriced and the professional installation and precise measuring that is advertised is false and misleading. Do as I say and not as I did - get at least 2 additional estimates!
