Worst experience of our lives. After 1 1/2 years, he still has not completed the initial walk through list, for which $$ was held back. The home flooded, the siding has warped and he built the home on an underground spring, which is currently running through our crawlspace. Not to mention, he placed the heating/air unit in the wet crawlspace. We have had to fix all of these problems ourselves. He also has refused to complete the one year walk through. And still $2500.00 sits in escrow somewhere from the closing. Note to all reading this.... always have an attorney representing you at a closing and never hold money back assuming that a contractor will complete his end of the deal, just don't buy the house. We wish we didn't!! And never, ever use Bill Doyne for anything.
