They did it very quickly. I called them Monday morning and they had the part from Japan and installed the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It was great. Just that they got the part before the holidays and were able to get out here before the holidays to replace it, they could have just pushed me off until after Thanksgiving, but they didn't. They even overnighted the part, it was great.

The unit did not work. After repair it functions as it should. Customers a usually not aware of any operations of diagnosis being made. Most of us probably would not understand the technical aspect and language used to describe tne diagnosis and the repair. When you contract this shop to diagnose/repair a unit there is a up-front charge of $35.00 (non refundable) for diagnosis. If the unit is repairable a call is made to the customer giving the additional dollar amount to affect the repair and giving a date it can be picked up.
