"Hello, thank you for reporting this matter. We do not have a record of you contacting us to report an issue with the fence/gate repair. The was a repair of a pre-existing fence and gate. Several posts, 2x4s, and boards were replaced. The utilities were located as required, however, a line being present in an existing fence post hole which was damaged in the removal of the post. The cable line was repaired at no cost. As soon as I saw this review, I came out immediately to inspect the gate and added lag bolts and ensured the gate works properly. Once I saw the gate, the gate hardware should have been replaced but it was not listed in the estimate to do so. We would like the opportunity to replace the customers gate hardware at this time. "Our records indicate the estimate was sent twice to the email the customer provided (once on March 25, and again on March 26). At the time of her appointment, we had only one employee doing everything in our office, but have since then hired an additional office employee to assist. One of her duties is to call to ensure the estimates have been received. Should the customer need any work done now, or in the future, we would be more than happy to quote the job; we regret we did not have the opportunity to work with her during the time of her original project."

"The price given to the customer was for tear out, haul away and installation of 1500 FT of fence at $11.60 per foot. This estimate was also without seeing the property. No one will do the job listed for$2 per foot. We were never hired to complete said job and never met the customer."
