Anthony Laird

I had some rotten wood under my siding that I didn't know about due to the builder obviously cutting corners. Carpenter Ants and Bees were everywhere. Mr. Laird made sure all the bad wood was replaced and our house was brought up to code. I'm still stunned. He is still working on the siding. He is putting shakes? Up over the garage door where old vinyl used to be. I'll also be using his services to help build a Gazebo/Pergola on my deck which is 1 story up. I like this team and trust them. I can't believe the transformation my house has gone through. We would have been done with our renovations if the Siding man I recommended before (after seeing some of his work in Lexington, KY) walked out on the job with no more notice then a phone call. I'm not a contractor so I don't know a lot of people and in my area there are not a lot of excellent quality workers to choose from. I have the best team working on my home now and I recommend Mr. Laird and his crew as well as Jason Hardy of Jason Hardy Builders. The inspectors for the county have already said the value of my home has jumped substantially with the work that is finished at this time. I'm a happy camper! We'll see how it all goes at the end when I post before and after pictures. I will have a new face to a 20 year old house including fencing and landscaping.
