Memberships include scheduled group exercise programs at no additional cost. Members can sign up as desired for special and individual programs for reasonable additional costs. My weekly yoga instructor, Katy, is knowledgeable, professional, and caring, and motivates program participants to return--a very important point when it comes to fitness. I could be more fit physically, I am not there yet, but I find yoga and other group exercise programs there to be an especially good "on-ramp" for me to improve my physical condition, in tune with my particular needs.

The Town & Country Sports & Health Club has been a pleasure to deal with from the start. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient with newbies. Many different type of fitness classes are included with the membership and extras are reasonably priced.

We were unhappy with our current fitness center, and joined this center as a family a few months ago after a 2 week free trial. They keep the equipment in good repair, and the dressing rooms are nice and clean and not too crowded. We got a good rate since our son was on a soccer team there, but the regular price is also a good deal. The staff is very friendly, and also accommodating to our special needs daughter who goes with us.

KATY, THE FITNESS COORDINATOR, IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. SHE IS ALWAYS COURTEOUS. SHE PRESENTED THE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND WAS NOT PUSHY. THE FITNESS CENTER IS EXCEPTIONAL. THERE ARE TWO INDOOR POOLS, KIDS' CENTER, DAYCARE, 2 AEROBIC ROOMS (INCLUDING SPINNING), ROCK CLIMBING, ETC.
