Safe Ship

I contacted them on November 14, 2013 based upon a purchase that I made on the website Everything But the House (EBTH). I had purchased a small item (collectible baseball) and apparently this company is somehow affiliated with EBTH because their website directed me to them for shipping. That same day, I provided the shipper with the EBTH order number and instructions for USPS delivery. By December 2, 2013, I still had not received the item. I contacted the service and they said they had not even picked it up yet (even though, again, they are somehow affiliated with EBTH). I had already had to pay EBTH an extra $10 to keep the item at their warehouse because the delivery people failed to pick it up at its original location. I did not hear back from the delivery service on my 12/2 communication until 12/10. On 12/15, more than a month after purchase, they finally picked up the item for shipping. Then, despite all this, they charged me the full amount they would normally charge for shipping (something the size of a baseball). If you purchase items on EBTH, do not use these people to ship it.
