Regal is good, reliable, and they are nice people.  They are responsive to our concerns.  My wife and I agree they may not be the best house cleaners, but they are dependable and reliable.  I think their pricing is reasonable.

Jane and Debbie arrive promptly and called the time they were delayed. They are quick to improve or change when items are pointed out to them. Jane and Debbie are friendly, while respecting my privacy. I have used them four times thus far, each time they are better than the last, as they get to know what to expect from me. I have a two bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, living, dining, kitchen condo and think they are reasonably priced. I would recommend Regal Maid.

I HAVE BEEN USING THE SERVICES OF REGAL MAID FOR CLOSE TO 18 YEARS-ALL THE WAY BACK TO 1987 WHEN IT WAS KNOWN AS MOLLY MAID AND RUN BY THE CURRENT OWNERS MOTHER. SHE HAS OBVIOUSLY TRAINED HIM WELL! I'M A SELF PROCLAIMED CLEANING FANATIC AND REGAL MAID EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS CONSISTENTLY. IN PARTICULAR, KUDOS TO JAYNE AND MELISSA WHO ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!

THEY COME TWICE A MONTH AND APART FROM ONE SMALL BREAKAGE PROBLEM THEY HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT. I GET THE SAME TEAM EACH TIME, I HAVE A SCHEDULED TIME, AS WELL AS DAY, AND THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING EVERYTHING THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CLEAN.
