Description of Work: PAM MY REALTOR, HELPED ME BUY LAND FROM A SELLER SO I CAN BE ABLE TO BUILD MY NEXT HOME. I HAVE ALREADY CLOSED ON THE LAND AND THE $1980.00 IS THE SIX PERCENT THAT PAM MADE ON SELLING THE LAND TO ME. NOW I AM WORKING ON SELLING MY HOME WITH PAM. I HAVE ALREADY HAD FIVE SHOWINGS AND SHE HAS DONE A GREAT JOB UP DATING ME SO I CAN EITHER CHANGE OR UPDATE NEW IDEALS. MY OPEN HOUSE WAS SATURDAY OCTOBER 15TH, 2005 AND IT WAS OKAY. BUT I DO THINK THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE ADVERTISING ON THE OPEN HOUSE. THEN I THINK MORE PEOPLE WOULD HAVE SHOWN.
