Our countertops were 28 years old and looking dingy. I found Ohio Valley on Angies list and could not be happier with the finished project. The company was perfect from start to finish.Service was impecible from the girl who answered the phone to schedule to the gentleman who performed the service. Would recommend 100%.

The existing marble lav top was not a quality piece and it didn't match the marble tile that was installed.  We went to OVSS and with the help of Molly Wagner created a new quartz top using Caeserstone.  The color match was perfect and the workmanship on this odd sized custom top was exceptional.  The OVSS installation was painless and the two young men who did the work couldn't have been nicer.  Very clean - no mess.
In future counter top work will be done by OVSS.

They have been a dream to work with. We've had so many appointments because I kept changing my mind on the cabinets, and she was so patient and let me take home samples to see how it would compare with other wood in the house. The men that came in that had to cut the hole for the sinks were great, I didn't have any problem at all. They did a great job attaching the countertops to the cabinets.

Very helpful in picking out perfect granite to go with flooring. Came out and measured for the counter top and gave suggestions for a new peninsula...talked with our contractor on what support was needed, even left him a template for the peninsula so he could build the base. They gave me a date when it would be finished and called a few days early. The install was smooth and problem free. Kitchen is now done and the counters are GORGEOUS!

Selection process: staff was very patient as we made several visits to their showroom over a period of about a month before finalizing our selection. Gave us plenty of samples to take home to see how the colors worked in our kitchen with our lighting.
Installation: installers were polite, courteous and professional. You could tell they take pride in their work. They were careful and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. There was one section that had to be re-cut requiring a return visit, but they took care of it to make sure everything turned out to our satisfaction.

It wasn't great. The price was very reasonable but it actually took them three tries to get the counter top in correctly. There was a theme where they joined the granite right in the middle of the sink and the granite on the left was significantly darker than the granite on the right and they were all supposedly from the same slab. I'm not sure if that was entirely true because the color variation was very dramatic. They put it in at last for the day when the sun went down and we noticed the color difference looked really noticeable. So we called them back a few days later and they told us to come out to their shop and looked at new granite and it was just as bad. The lighting in their facility was very poor so I held my cellphone up to their granite counter top and took a picture and when you looked at it, it was just as bad as the first one. So the third time they finally brought out a granite that matched in color and installed it. But they sort of threatened that that was the last time they were going to come out, so if it wasn't resolved on that third try, it wasn't their problem anymore. So it wasn't a good experience and it wasn't a good relationship with the owners because of that threat. Anyone could have looked at those two sides of granite and seen that they were dramatically different and I don't thing anyone who works for that granite company would've wanted that in their own house. For me that's the standard. If you're working on other peoples houses, you should want it to look like you would want it to look in your house. The employees who actually installed the granite were great but they didn't have any authority over the situation. They were just people who came and installed it. But the owner seemed to try to avoid us as much as possible and we were working through a contractor and so often times he would call this contractor instead of calling us directly. But it was already paid for and we felt that he should have been more willing to communicate directly with us. So it wasn't really a positive experience with the owner.

They were prompt and professional. They came the next morning to start measuring. I give them an "A" overall.
