These people were amazing. When I first telephoned, a forman left a nearby job and came to my house to give an estimate within 30 minutes on a Saturday. He looked over the site, called his office for parts prices, then gave me an estimate to the penny in about twenty minutes. On Monday at 8 A.M the forman and two men arrived with a pickup truck and a huge welding truck. They completed the job for the exact amount of the estimate, $353 and a few cents, in one hour. My first estimate from a structural engineer was for $2,300. Another estimate was for twelve hours of labor by each of two men for $1,080 plus materials. I could scarcely believe my good fortune.
