Everything was handled over the phone. Great assistance provided.

It was excellent and they all responded promptly. They submitted bid almost immediately within a few days before they came. They told us what we're going to do. The estimates were detailed and it was all positive. The contact I had with them was excellent that they were professional, courteous and they provided information within days. I had no issues with them.

I called their company and they just sent her off. She was really nice when she came up but she never got back with us. She even said that they would get back with us in 3 weeks and this was back in February last year. I called at least one and left a message and it was not returned. I don't think I called after that because we were getting pretty disillusioned by this whole process at this point. She was very professional. I was surprised when she didn't get back with us. When she left, I was left thinking that she'd get back with us. She always wanna try to keep the work within my state, within Kentucky. I talked to someone that used to work for this company and she said that while she worked for them, they were notorious for just ignoring people whose jobs were less than like $30,000.

The price was too high. I didn't think the guy actually wanted to do the job. It was a crazy estimate. He does good work from their pictures but I think they do more high end clients. He showed up on time. They were too high priced for me. I got a company to do it for $5,000.

They had some really great ideas for using granite-like materials for the countertops that would end up being cost effective, durable and easy to clean. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgable as well as tactful about presenting the information.

He walked me through every step, gave me all his recommendations, found out the issues more than any other contractor that I interviewed, I felt comfortable that he could take care of any issues that came up, and he looked out for me as well. Everything is beautiful, and if I had an issue they made sure it met my expectations. Even now (last week) they are checking in with me to make sure I am satisfied. He was well worth the money and I would recommend him to anyone.

They have done an excellent job. I would recommend them highly. My overall experience was excellent with them. I would use them in the future.

That is as far as we have gotten with them. They were very nice when they came out. They have good ideas on how to plan the kitchen. They were knowledgeable about our options. Her husband does the remodeling and she does the planning so they work together which is nice. They seemed easy to work with and had good ideas. They seemed easy to work with but I'm afraid they will be too expensive but I don't have a price yet. They have been very good so far. They came when they said they would and they were on time. They were very professional. I liked them.

My experience with them was very good. They did a clean up every day and worked with us with any special needs that we had. I would use their services in the future, too.

BEST EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD WITH HOME IMPROVEMENT/REPAIR. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT STEGMAN CONSTRUCTION. JIM STEGMAN AND HIS CREW WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS PROMPT, COURTEOUS and INFORMATIVE. WE ALWAYS KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT THE NEXT DAY. THE RESULTS ARE OUTSTANDING. THE WORKMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT. THEIR BID WAS A TAD HIGHER BUT THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS AND WORK MAKES THEM A GOOD VALUE.
