Rick & Beth are AWESOME! Rick came out and took wonderful care to clean our Koi pond in the hot sun. I needed them to come out before a certain date and they did. He carefully drained the mucky water out while the fish swam around. He explained how to clean certain parts of the pump & filters on our own during the season. They're prices are very reasonable. They're shop in Newport is a nice place to visit with the kids when we need fish, snails for pond maintenance items.
