When they were done, they carried plastic scrap piping through my garage and scratched my car. They also had removed the old hot water heater, while they were loading the outlets were not plugged properly and a large pile of rust was on my driveway. They did not clean it up or even tell me about it, I found it later.
K &W mechanical is the only company that Home Depot will use in this area to contract this type of work. Even after my complaint, they were just going to send the same company, same technician back out.
