I had used the company in the past. They came recommended from our real estate agent. They did a great job on the installation and were good with the cleanup afterwards. They are very responsive to my calls. They are great at diagnosing issues quickly and stick to their word. They had the best bid out of all of the other companies I looked into. They presented several options for the different units I could purchase for the installation. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling them out.

Worked with Mike and Ryan. They showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves (and even the electrician we hired) and were just good guys. The project lasted 3 full days and we're very happy with the outcome.

We bought a gas furnace, Lennox 93% effiency. They quoted us almost a $1000 less for other comparable furnaces from other companies. We recieved 6 qoutes from 6 different companies, and the qoutes started from 2500 and up. On top of that they were quick, and effiecient. And they cleaned up everything. After about a month of using the furnace, it is still running perfectly! Very happy!

They are professional. They do the job right at the first time. They are just very good. I had a very, very bad experience with another company and I called Greater Comfort, they came out and straightened it out in one visit.

Our nanny called and informed us the the house was cold. She's in her sixties and our daughter is 18 months. It was in the twenties outside and 60 degrees and dropping inside. We came home and checked the thermostat and breakers and everything looked fine. We called Dan at Greater Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning to see if he could come to the house and take a look. Dan was very polite and said someone would be at the house that afternoon. Steve, a technician from Greater Comfort was on our doorstep within the hour! He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. he took the time to answer our questions and was very clean and polite. We highly recommend Greater Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning as an A+ service provider.
