Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
I would RUN away from this company. If you want to wait years to not have a project finished these are your guys. We had multiple projects together everyone has gone over time and budget. Steve the owner is completely unprofessional. As a real estate professional I run Into a lot of contractors, this company and its owners have by far been the worst company I have ever given my business to. I hope this saves someone from making a terrible decision.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
We added a room for our pet tortoise. We also enlarged and remodeled our bathroom. It was a complicated project. There was some employee turnover, and things languished for a while. But Paul took over mid project and made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Everything looks great!

The best thing about Evans is their responsiveness. There are always glitches especially when remodeling an older home, but I never had to worry that they wouldnâ t explain the issue, and show up and fix what was necessary ( usually within a day if it was possible). The project manager was there every weekday which I appreciated. The work in the basement is great and the bathroom remodel is exactly my vision and Iâ m very happy with it

Evans builders has done a 2nd driveway for us, along with other concrete projects. They listen to what you want your projects to be, then start the process of getting permits, and what materials need to be lined up. If there is some " Hiccups" the team stays on task to see everything through. There will be "hiccups" the key is Patience!! It will get done!! They ALWAYS show up when they say they will!! In our experience..They're 5 stars!!
