This place is super nice, quick, inexpensive, and does quality work. Ive been there 10+ times now, and each time they have been very friendly, in a good mood, haven't screwed me over, have gotten the work done in a timely fashion, and i have not had to follow-up on their work.

The service went well. Scott, the man at the front desk, took me back to look underneath the car and explained what needed to be replaced. He offered to let me look at the work afterwards also. He was very courteous. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I had the work done four months ago (sorry to be so late submitting this review), and have no problems with the new muffler. The cost was reasonable and I was able to use a discount coupon from the Angie's List website.

Everything was good. I've used them before. It is easy to get oil changes there. They were honest; they changed the part out and everything is working fine. Everything is performing to standards. They attended to the problem right away. I didn't even call to make an appointment.

I had a problem with a Michael Tire, they put transmission fluid into my break fluid. It cost me $1,300 for Car X to fix the problem. They showed me where Michael Tire messed up. They took a break line and set it in the fluid that Michael Tire used and swelled it shut. After they were done everything worked really well. From then on I have used them for oil changes which they do a good job of as well.

I have been using Car X, The Buten franchises for the last 6 or 7 years. They know me and I know them. They always give me their best price and they are always honest wuth me. If I have had special problem they would squeeze me in to give a quick assewssments of the situation. Can't say enough about their great service attitude.

I am very impressed with the integrity and courtesy shown by the station and its manager. The first time I brought my car in, they immediately ran tests which determined the battery issue was not mechanical, that is, my starter and alternator were fine. They then advised me what to do should the problem reoccur. It did, two weeks later, and I brought my car back to Car-X, where they again, immediately ran additional tests. They determined the battery itself to be faulty and the company I purchased it from replaced it per my warranty. On both occasions, Car-X did not charge me a fee nor did they try to sell me services I did not need or ask for. The service was very prompt and on both occasions I was in and out within 15 minutes after bringing my car in.

They did an OK job, but had to come back twice because they put the wrong size brakes on first (drum brakes) and then the second time they didn't align the brakes properly. I probably wouldn't come back to this particular branch of Car-X again.
