+ -1 moreHave used Bill (Bischoff Garage Door) a few times. Most recently my garage door at one of my properties wouldn't open all the way up. I called up Precision Garage Door of Cincinnati and they quoted me to change everything except the garage door i.e. pulleys, springs and door opener. Bill came today and diagnosed it as just a lubrication issue - and had it working in a few minutes. He did point out that some of the parts were getting old but wasn't the cause of the issue - no hard selling involved. I decided to have the pulley and springs replaced since he was there. It still saved me lots of $$$. Great guy. You'll not go wrong with him.

+ -1 moreIt went well. They might not be the quickest to get to your car but they look it over as if they are looking it over for a family member. They care about what they are doing. They are right there. They are not putting you off but they are just busy.
