TROY'S ROOFING

I had called this contractor because he had been recommended by a friend. I had to call three times and on the third time I was promised he would show up, which he did. He apologized for the delay and explained that he had been unusually busy because of the hail storm damage mentioned above. The owner, Troy, brought one of his employees who inspected the roof and discovered that the leaks I had been experiencing were not from the hail damage, as the insurance appraiser had said, but were from the vents that had lost their seal. They sealed all the vents and then told me it was no charge because of the delay and multiple phone calls. I was blown away. They spent at least 1 1/2 hours inspecting and sealing so I expected a couple hundred dollars in charges but, as noted it was free. I would recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism, even if it took 3 weeks for them to show up.
