Seemed to know nothing to do with a laptop that wouldn't display.. Just said copy the files from the drive and replace the computer.
The certificates of completed education on the wall were almost all general electrical education or automotive electrical.

I called in and they got in then did stuff while I watched... I'm no teckie that can tell you specifically what-- to get my computer running faster.

I don't really understand everything that he did, all I know is when I took it in, it was not working. When I took it back home, it worked GREAT! The best part of all, he did whatever he did in less than 2 hours!!! He fixed it while I had dinner.
