First the nurse came in and took his temperature and confirmed his issues, then a few minutes later the Doctor came in started examining him and we even talked about getting a medicine he needs in liquid form.. still waiting for a response on that question.

no problems- both the tech and the dr were very gentle with the cat. asked questions and made suggestions. We have had the same vet tech for years- same dr for the last couple of years. They offer a 10 % SR discount ( our cat is 7)

The office folks were great from the cell setting up appt. When we came and left very professional and engaging. Dr. Westerfield was fabulous with my 100 lb lab, got on floor with her, tried to help and explained what she was doing to me in detail.

Animal Boarding Kennels
We boarded our dog, which is diabetic, and our cat for several days. They made them both very sick and we had to take them somewhere else to get them well. They, at first admitted mistakes, but later retracted them and changed the files and actually lied about it.

The individuals there have always been very supportive and helpful. They truly care about their patients. They answer all my questions and take plenty of time to reassure me on what is going on. My dog loves it there also. I would always recommend this vet to anyone I meet. They helped him through the infection and reassured my worries.
