Easy to get an appointment; came on one of the two days I requested. Arrived about an hour later than scheduled, but got right to work. Did an excellent job of getting about 90% of the puppy pee marks out of my carpets; and there were many of them. Very friendly and made an obvious effort to be careful around the many antiques in our home. When I told Lee that I had someone coming to help me put the furniture back in three hours, he suggested he leave his two large fans there to speed up the drying process and came back that night to get them. Whole process took about two hours plus drying time. Will definitely call them again when I feel up to moving the furniture in the other half of the house.
