+ -1 moreOther than not being able to clean the house properly due to the water not being on- broken water pipe house side that was fixed day we moved in.; signing of the papers and getting all needed information including what utilties we are responsible for vs just an apartment I feel it went very smoothly. There were some repairs that took 2.5 days to do and there was some cleaning to do after as one of the contractors was not very neat. This was not Tina's fault at Cornerstone. Punctuality score is mostly due to her contractors that worked on the house. We were never sure when they were coming.
