Service provider started job as planned, job was quoted as a 2 to 3 week job. Started the last week of August and took until October 27......2 months! His pattern was to show up, and on the very few days he was on the job for a somewhat full day, much of that time was spent in the truck running to get a tool or some supply he didn't have. Many times this meant a 30 mile round trip to the lumber store for 1 or 2 items, only to be repeated sometimes the same day. Very inefficient practice and use of time. I was very disappointed only to be further distraught when my service provider began not showing up and not answering calls or text messages. Only when I would nearly threaten after 2-3 sometimes 4 days would I get him back on the job with some excuse and new promises of completion dates. This pattern continued for the entire project. I hired Adams Home Improvement for a job earlier this year and near the end of the job this pattern of non compliance began, he did a very nice job but he is not reliable and I will not hire him again nor will I recommend him to anyone!
