I have used them many times in the past. They have ALWAYS treated my with honesty and respect....and as a woman....this is much appreciated considering having your car worked on, we can be taken advantage of easily. I ask questions and know mechanics, so I know these guys are straight shooters. ;-)
I first took my car in and they looked at it right away and diagnosed the "rattle", for no charge, told me what it would cost me, and let me know it wasn't anything that would harm my car if I ran it like that for a while without repairing it right away. The noise was more of a nuisance than anything. So unlike other places, I didn't feel pushed or pressured. Their honesty keeps me coming back.....LOVE THESE GUYS!

We're very pleased with Tom's Service Center. He went out of his way to fix the vehicle. He didn't charge us for labor. Once he started the car, it was fixed within a few hours.

They were pretty substantial with the work done. He’s a friend of mine and I have a lot of work done there. I just scheduled an appointment and they said to bring it in the next day. They had it for six days which was great. I would use his services again in the future.
