Our Wax/Polish is applied and removed by hand and helps repel water streaks and spots leaving a terrific shine on the window. No Dirty Soap Water or Nasty Squeegee Marks on your window. It was great. They were right on time and they did a great job. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. The price was exactly what the original estimate was. They were on time and they were willing to accommodate my schedule.

For the most part, it went ok but there are a few windows that are smeared and I need to call them back to have those re-done. The front windows (where they started) look nice, though. He also dusted off a few other areas. When you look at the actual price, though, it really wasn't a deal at all because it was the same price that he had estimated me earlier. The Deal was "polishing of up to 15 windows..." but he told me it was only 8 windows. I'll not use them again!

"I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied however, I would have welcomed the chance to correct the "smeared" windows which is not uncommon when we must spray tinted film windows before you posted your review. The cost associated with the extra added windows was given to you prior to our arrival upon which you seem satisfied."

Primarily the harder to reach ones. I had already called them back once for a window that didn't get done, so I didn't want to call them back a second time. Otherwise I'm sure they would have because they seemed very responsible and concerned with doing a good job.

They were excellent! They arrived on time and were very polite and clean. They worked hard and did their business and left. They came the day that I asked them to come. I don't have any complaints. They used a wax not just to clean it, so it lasts.

These guys were polite courteous and professional. They were on time and did overall a really good job. This method of polishing the windows makes them really shine, and they are almost streak free. There was one small problem where the second guy was supposed to clean all the storm windows on the second floor and I had taken them out and left them to the side. He only cleaned one. But when I called I received a fast courteous reaction and the main guy came right out and finished up the job and gave me a coupon for the next time! I would definitely use them again!

After missing the first appointment due to my forgetting they were coming, they made every effort to come back in a timely manner.
They washed the outside windows which look great and also did the double pane window which has not been so clean in years. I
I will have them back in the spring for sure.

They did just fine. They are efficient and good. They did what they said they were going to do. They are firemen and they do it on their off dates. They are pretty serious guys. They came when they said they would come.

Excellent! Patrick scheduled the appointment and showed up exactly on time. (Who does that anymore?!)I asked if we could make some adjustments to the deal by swapping the bathroom mirrors for additional exterior windows which he readily agreed to do. They were very courteous and respectful. My only concern was after they left, i noticed one window still had stubborn stains. Since it was a small window and easily accessible I re-washed it but was still unable to remove the spots. If/when I have them again, I'll have them see if anything can be done.

Great service! They used what appeared to be a five step process: polishing, wiping, removed paint from the windows, more polish, and more wiping. They all looked fantastic. I couldn't have been more pleased and I'm sure I will use them again.

The owner of Shine-Bright, Patrick Montague and his assistant got here at the exact time they said they would and after I asked them a few basic questions, they got right to work! They were so polite and courteous and my windows and screens and front door look awesome. Such a big improvement after a summer of neglect on my part to try to keep windows clean around here! Our home is a 3 story house, so it's really not possible for us to get the windows on the upper floor cleaned, but these guys did a wonderful job. I will certainly use this service again!
