It was great. They were right on time and they did a great job. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. The price was exactly what the original estimate was. They were on time and they were willing to accommodate my schedule.

Primarily the harder to reach ones. I had already called them back once for a window that didn't get done, so I didn't want to call them back a second time. Otherwise I'm sure they would have because they seemed very responsible and concerned with doing a good job.

They were excellent! They arrived on time and were very polite and clean. They worked hard and did their business and left. They came the day that I asked them to come. I don't have any complaints. They used a wax not just to clean it, so it lasts.

These guys were polite courteous and professional.  They were on time and did overall a really good job.  This method of polishing the windows makes them really shine, and they are almost streak free.  There was one small problem where the second guy was supposed to clean all the storm windows on the second floor and I had taken them out and left them to the side.  He only cleaned one.  But when I called I received a fast courteous reaction and the main guy came right out and finished up the job and gave me a coupon for the next time!  I would definitely use them again!

After missing the first appointment due to my forgetting they were coming, they made every effort to come back in a timely manner.
They washed the outside windows which look great and also did the double pane window which has not been so clean in years.  I

The owner of Shine-Bright, Patrick Montague and his assistant got here at the exact time they said they would and after I asked them a few basic questions, they got right to work! They were so polite and courteous and my windows and screens and front door look awesome. Such a big improvement after a summer of neglect on my part to try to keep windows clean around here! Our home is a 3 story house, so it's really not possible for us to get the windows on the upper floor cleaned, but these guys did a wonderful job. I will certainly use this service again!
