Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
They put the new chain on & put the old one in a small envelope. They left a small piece of it hanging out & they taped it to the envelope. The envelope also sealed. That way it didn't get all tangled up or fall out.
We have bought several things the past several years, not just jewelry. They have also done repair work for us; having rings sized, etc.
We would definitely refer people to their store & have already done so.
