We noticed half inch or larger cracks, where the boards joined togeather. They told us that was normal. We counted at least 50 cracks. Some boards were a little higher than others. They came back when we complained. The guys that put the floor down tried to talk us out of removing the cracked boards. They said it would be messy. We wanted them fixed. They did fix them. We were disappointed in the overall job and wished we had used a different installer.

IT LOOKS FINE. I AM SATISFIED FOR THE MOST PART BUT THERE ARE SOME RISES IN THE FLOOR. IT WAS IN THE SUB FLOOR UNDERNEATH. MY WIFE DIDN'T TELL THEM TO FIX IT, THEY WERE TELLING HER THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO ABOUT IT. BUT ITS NOT TOO BAD, AND YOU CAN'T REALLY SEE IT UNLESS YOU LAY DOWN ON THE FLOOR.

THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS EXCELLENT. THEIR GENERAL SERVICE WAS REALLY GOOD, AND I LIKED HOW MUCH FREEDOM THEY GAVE US IN TAKING SAMPLES HOME TO TRY OUT. WHEN THEY ACTUALLY CAME TO INSTALL IT THEY HAD TO MOVE FURNITURE, BUT WERE REALLY CAREFUL ABOUT NOT DAMAGING THE WALLS. THE WORKERS WERE FOCUSED ON TASKS. IT WASN'T THE BEST PRICE, BUT INCLUDING THE QUALITY AND ALL OF THE EXTRA ATTENTION WE RECEIVED THEY WERE THE BEST DEAL.
