Very professional job. In shower added grout to a couple areas, repaired tile, cleaned and sealed shower floor to ceiling. Also, cleaned and sealed bathroom floor.

After I messaged them they called almost immediately and came to give me an estimate during the Monday before Thanksgiving. Even though it was Thanksgiving week, they did the job on Wednesday. I couldn't be happier.

for the most part well. some of the work wasn't as smooth as I thought, but it could be the nature of the problem. There aren't too many groups willing to repair old tiles, so they are reasonable in that they are still willing and able.

Our shower had black stains in the grout and was missing grout. The entire shower stall is tiled. The free estimate was provided quickly after calling the company. The service man provided several options and recommendations to improve the shower's condition. The technician advised us to choose the least expensive option for repair. The quoted price was less than another estimate. The service was scheduled less than a week after accepting their proposal. The work was completed in one day. The shower appearance far exceeds our expectation. The shower looks brand new. We highly recommend this company to anyone.

We felt like the coupon was offered to get into our house and then upped the prices. They re-grouted a shower stall. When they said they were done I went into the bathroom and told them the grout doesn't match the grout in the rest of the bathroom. They said it was the only color they had on their truck and apologized. They came back and brought a lighter brown so now I have three different colors of grout in my bathroom. They again said this was the only color they had on their truck. We were pretty upset with the work.

"The coupon was offered to help increase our sales and establish new customers. Not to upsale. We always try to offer our customers 2 quotes. The first being the most crucial for any water area, and that is the repairs to prevent water penetration. The second option would address any aesthetics issues arriving from color variations. Of course we would love all of our customers to choose both. Completing both parts would eliminate any color variations because all grout and caulking would be new. However only one is critical, The repair. It is impossible to match the remaining grout or caulking as it has inherent stains, aging, cleaning residue, soap and shampoo residue etc etc. As stated exactly on each and every estimate sheet (Matching the grout, Grout Restoration Co.is highly skilled in regrouting and matching of grout. however, Grout Restoration Co. can not inject into new grout the oils, cleaning products, greases and stains that are inherent in tile installations. By using the highest technology available, the technician will come as close as possible to matching the grout. Grout requires time to cure after regrouting.) We do not have a guarantee for matching grout. however as testimony by this customer we went above and beyond, because our number one goal is a happy customer. I was very pleased with this company. They were able to provide an estimate the same day I called them, and they were able to schedule the job for a few days later. They responded very quickly when I needed to call them. Because my shower has smaller mosaic tile on the floor, I had been told it would be much tougher to clean...but Grout Restoration was able to do it thoroughly and at a very fair price. Additionally, the serviceman had some tips on other affordable services that could be done to avoid the full replacement of the tile. I will definitely use them in the future...they are dependable and fair.

"Unfortunately not all jobs can be or should be restored. We recommended to this customer to get a refund for the Angie's special coupon that she had purchased. And we recommended that the floor be replaced by a reputable tile company. As we do not do new installations. She insisted that we try anyway. The outcome was exactly the way we informed the customer it would be."

I was pleased with the work provided to me by Grout Restoration Company. They did a good job. It was well done. I was satisfied with the work. I thought the tub was going to look like a new tub when they were done, but it did not. They had quoted me a very big price to resurface the tub that was very expensive, so I didn't get that done. But I would use them again.

We were wanting to get the crevasses on the actual tile filled along with the grout cleaned and sealed, they said it could be done but it wouldn't fix our problem long term. I appreciated that a lot. They were really great its good to have a company be up front and honest. Also the guy that actually came and did the work was very friendly.

The work was done quickly, within a week of quote. Mildew spots were removed and grout was stained. Looks so much better. They also gave tips and tricks to keep looking new and clean longer. Price was fair. Very happy with the job done.

The area had been regrouted twice before in the last 10 years and was not previously done very well. This was done properly and completely this time with high quality and attention to detail. They used a sanded caulk where appropriate to match the sanded tile on the floor. They also properly caulked other water leaking areas on the shower door so that future water would drain properly. They did an excellent jon removing the old grout and replacing it correctly, which sounds easy but was finally done right.
