The job was completed as we expected. He arrived a bit later than he expected, but we requested a late evening appointment. He ended up not leaving until way late because as we were the last appointment of the day and we were sort of worked in, his equipment lost charge, and the process of the install was taking a long time due to his equipment not being charged up properly. He did do an excellent job of the install and even did some work that he didn't charge us for. Overall, we were very pleased. He even went over the new dish DVR system before he left. He cleaned up the major mess before he left. He adhered to our wishes about where to place the wall mount jacks. We would definitely recommend his services.
