Removal went well and within a week the new surface was installed. Ben told me that they would fix any issues. I called needing an area repaired and was told it would be in a week. They never showed. I ran into him at a furniture store in Bardstown and the shocked looked on his face was priceless. He knew who I was and again he told me he would be there in a week. Surprise! No show again. I too was happy with the job initially but time allowed for some settling and although a 1 year warranty is offered, good luck getting him to address any issues after the payment is made. I would not recommend Big B to anyone.

Everything looks great.  We had some trouble with weather but told him we were in no hurry.  We've yet to use the driveway (as recommended, we are giving it a few days to settle), but I'm hoping it holds up well.

I wrote a positive review right after the work was completed. However, I found once a c;heck is passed to Ben Stanley Jr. he was very hard to reach. After no return call for a week I called the office number where the elder Ben Stanley ensured me on the phone they would do what it took to make the work right. About a month later the areas that were broaden on the drive and had started cracking off were removed by a crew that did not come to the house before or after the repair. One of my concerns was that the drive would be straighten and look professional It is more waving now than it was before. There is also an area where water stands which may give us problem getting up the hill when it freezes this winter, There are soft spots and some small holes in the drive. I can not get a call returned to discuss these issues.
When I made out the check to the younger Mr. Stanley I made it out to the company name. He asked that I make out two checks totaling the amount in his name. He cashed them immediately.
I suspect after finding out in the beginning when searching for a contractor to do the work that the telephone numbers of some of these company do not match current name. So I suspect that they change their advertised name from time to time to evade reviews.
I felt I owed this additional information to anyone think about using this company The new bad and lousy rating apply to after the job is complete. i would suggest that one put it in the contract that no money would be given until after a complete inspection is made of the work.

They did an excellent job. When he came out to meet us, he was pleasant and very professional. They did what they said they were going to do. We actually referred him to two other people, and they have had their driveways done.
