Heating and Air Conditioning Service
My air conditioning unit needed service for water in the vents. I called this company and they sent someone out in a timely manner. When the technician arrived he was there about 15 minutes. He opened the unit and cleaned the coils. The tech said if that did not fix it to call and he would return to adjust the units fan speed for no extra charge. I waited the amount of time he suggested and the problem was not resolved with the cleaning. I called the company and they were out in field so they asked me to leave my request on the office voicemail. They said they would get to me probably by the next day. I left my request and contact number on the voicemail. They didn't even call me back. I had to go to another company to get my repairs. I was left feeling fustrated and taken advantage of.
