I have one dog who is very shy but she is fine walking into the building when we drop them off. She knows Ellen and staff now.

We took our babies there and got them settled in. Ellen lets you stay and say goodbye as long as you want. I called several times too and she put the phone up to one of my babies' ear so they could hear my voice. I called several times while on my vacation and Ellen was very responsive each time. When we picked them back up, the price was exactly as she told us to begin with.
