Did not receive call night prior for delivery.
Called Sleep Outfitters on the morning of 10-6 and the salesperson was less than helpful. Said it was a "computer glitch".
After multiple calls and a personal visit to the store they finally agreed to delivery on 10-7 between 4-6PM. Sleep Outfitter was informed I would be in a meeting and could be home by 4pm. My phone started "blowing up" at 3pm and the delivery driver was less than pleasant (although he apologized later).
I do have my mattress now, but the process was painful and it did not need to be so complicated The lack of communication and customer service was horrendous. I will never purchase from this company in the future. Period.
