+ -1 moreOn a recommendation from a friend, hired Sam to do the mentioned work. It was done in 3 days working by himself, and looks amazing. Very solid. The cellar door had shingles put on, and a lock and handle. The porch was not a restoration but just something very solid and clean for rental property.
Description of Work: Covered old (105 yr) warped porch ceiling, built around rotted porch floor, replaced outside door to cellar.
