He installed an Elite Crete Floor in January. The floor is suppose to shine like glass and have a swirl look. When  he was finished the floor did not shine and it looked like blotches all over. On January 10, 2013 he said he would come and fix it, never heard from him again until February 1, 2013 and he said he would be out February 7th, 2013. He never showed up. Text him on February 10 said he would be out the next week. On February 17, 2013 still didn't show. On February 17, 2013 he said he would be out the next week. Still didn't show up. February 27 text him and he said he would be out that weekend. He didn't show up. On February 28, 2013 he said he would be here March 3, 2013 about noon. Still didn't show up. Finally in March I had someone else come and repair my floor for $1,100.00. I contacted him and he said he would pay me the money I was out. I never saw that either. Finally in June I took him to court. He didn't show up there either.
