I cant even begin to tell you how happy we are with the services provide by Climate Solutions. Our heat had been out for two weeks and we had called several other heating and air people in our area. They either didn't show up or didn't come back. We heard a commercial for Climate Solutions on the radio, called them and within minutes had an appointment set up. They showed up when they said they would, looked to see if our all furnace could be fixed and when it was discovered that it couldn't be they gave us an estimate for a new one. Within days they came and installed the furnace. They were completely professional and helpful, explain everything and were beyond nice. They took and hauled our old furnace away and picked up every single thing. We cant say enough good things about this business and from now on they will be our heating and air men. Thank you all for everything!!

Great, had the old one out and new installed as they said and hauled off old and cleaned up inside.

John gave me the price then ordered the system. Tammi arranged all the financing. The installer was on time, very pleasant and professional. They took out my old system and replaced with a new one. Did not leave any mess. I would recommend them to everyone who need a heating & cooling & refrigeration. They are the Best.

Climate Solutions gave me an estimate for a new unit. John Cox answered all my questions and was very professional. Aprox. 1 week later, my new unit was installed. Very professional workers. Did excellent job.

Provided a written evaluation of our current system and outlined what was needed to repair it. Has made himself available to answer questions whenever I needed further advice. Very honest and professional to deal with. Highly recommend!

came the day i called them to assess our air conditioning problem. e-mailed us a copy of the replacement costs. did not pressure us into  a decision. they were willing to work around my schedule. we were informed who would be coming to install our system and when they would be here. very professional and personable employees. did the install, cleaned up and explained the new system. the owners did a final walk-thru to inspect and answer any questions before they expected payment. would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

 John  came to visit  my home and did the inspections of the existing HVAC unit. We had some talk about the proposal of Trane Heat Pump I accepted the proposal, I never had to call back or contact them about the schedule. They fixed a day and informed me, I appreciate their punctuality the technicians came at the right time they mentioned. The most good thing about them is they know what they are doing and moreover they know what you want. The guys were friendly and they listen to your problems and find good solutions for it. I would recommend anyone and everyone to get Climate Solutions service. They did a very good job with the duct work, They even fixed some other issues I had with the home and was not the part of their project. I would like to say always,  THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Work was completed with good speed. They cleaned the workplace no left over mess and hauled the old units.  I am 100% satisfied and always be looking forward for good business and service with them.

The service went very well. Their response time and communication were exceptional. They were very willing to work with me, even coming to my office to talk about the work, so I wouldn’t have to leave during tax season.

They did an awesome job ! They were timely and cleaned up after themselves. We had heat in no time.

They have kept me involved in the entire process. There have been a few minor changes and I really appreciate how informative they are. They clean up every night.

Overall, if they had fixed the unit correctly, I would  be very happy with their service.  It was punctual and reasonably priced.  But it wasn't fixed properly.  This was compounded by the fact that they came out again when there were problems and didn't get it fixed the second time they were here.  This was further compounded by the fact that when i was able to find the real cause of the problem and fix it myself, they denied that this was possible.  It would have been so appropriate for them to say, "You know, you're right.  If that plug were left in, it would cause the heat exchanger pan to overflow.  We're sorry we made the mistake and we'll be happy to pay for any water damage that occurred".  This was very far from what happened. The fact the the unit has functioned fine since I removed the plug, suggests that they may be incorrect in their assertion that removal of the plug would not fix the problem.
