About us
I am an IT Professional with a COMP TIA A+ Certification, and I am working on getting my Networking and Security Certifications underway. I specialize in Information Technology (IT), and loves working with computers, and helping people anyway that I can. I firmly believe in helping to make other's day as great as I can, as it makes my day great as a result. I love helping people and making a significant difference in people's lives. I have two years of experience in computers and computer repairs, combined with my 5+ years of retail experience helps me to better help your needs, and take care of you as the customer. I am available by appointment only unfortunately, due to a full time job that takes up most of my week. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are my most capable days. Pricing Can Range Anywhere from a free diagnostic/check in,to a full system clean up, to a full rebuild of the computer hardware, so anywhere from Free to about 1000$. Labor will be included in the cost. I am looking to expand my services into educating users about computers, viruses, and their inner workings, both in physical parts, as well as programs you use everyday. I can traditionally accept work on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, as this is something in combination with a full time job.
