NEW IMAGE HAIR STYLING & SPA

The highlights were great, loved the color. However, the cut was really bad. My hair started out at my shoulders by the time the stylist was done it was cut up to my ears. I thought well I can live with the cut, but once I washed it, I was was missing hair in places I should not have been. I called the next day to talk with the stylist and was put off due to over booking and then the next day I was put off due to a family illness. With a "I am sorry you are having a difficult time with your hair".
I ended up going to another stylist at another salon to get it fixed. It has been four months and my hair is still not long enough to get a good cut, I ended up with something I could live with till it gorws out.
Not once did the stylist offer my money back nor did he apoligize for messing the cut up. All the stylist did was said it was my fault that I did not get the cut I wanted because I did not do a good job of describing what it was I wanted and according to him I said "there is no such thing as too short".
