The car is operating. It went good. They are excellent and Honest. I have used them many times.

Once I got my truck back, I noticed over the course of a few days that my tire was still leaking air. Upon taking it back, they told me that there was a and quot;bad sealand quot; between the tire and rim and charged me another $15.00, on top of the original $60.00, to fix that. As soon as I started my car again, the low pressure warning was still going off. I went back up to the front desk and asked them to please fill my tires with air, which they did, and I haven't had any problems since.
The reason for the low marks on quality is because it took me three trips to fix one problem.

Work was done when it was supposed to and cost what had been estimated.

As always, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was asked what services were needed, what time I needed my car back, and if I needed a ride to work. My car was finished on time. I was able to pay and get my car in only a couple of minutes. Their staff is always professional and friendly. Oil changes are performed by a licensed mechanic, which is important to me.

Over the last few years since relocating to theis area I have depended on Major Brands in Morehead, KY for not only necessary work but their advice on the unnecessary work...a few times I have stopped by and asked about something that I knew absolutely nothing about and they were honest and truthful in telling my that it was something that I didn't need to spend money on. When I DO need work done, I can stay until it's finished or they will give me a ride home and call me when my car is ready. I would recommend them to anyone needing tires or mechanic work or just information about their vehicle.
