Roofing
Richard Mullins made a mess of my roof and did not finish the job. The first snow tore off my guttering in three areas and the snow fell from my roof and split my shrubs in half. These plants were over ten years old and they all had to be taken out and replaced at my expense. The roofing man that finished the job was shocked at the poor workmanship and reworked the entire roof.
