Never finished job. Roof still leaks, would not have him back! I feel they took advantage of a senior citizen!
I see where Mr. Knapp says that you contacted him and he has completed the job. I beg to differ. The job was not EVER completed by anyone at the company! This has been the family home for almost 50 years and it is joy the first time the roof has been worked on. I do know how the process works and I do know when a Senior Citizen has been taken advantage of.
I stand by my original review!!

"I Wes Klapp, am the owner of Klapp Roofing Company my brother Mitchell, contracted this job without my knowing. I recived a letter stating from Mrs Jordan that job was incomplete, then I called Mitchell to find out his side of the story. From my understanding the roof that was installed was a modified bitmun commercial grade roofing system that requires time to cure out before applying fiber aluminum roof coating. But Mrs Jordan didnt understand the roof coating process... The job has been completed..."

I was very disgusted with what they have done. I still have leaks and they have not called me back; I have called them for the last two weeks and have not received a call back yet. I have never used them before but they said they were third generation roofers so I took them for their word, but their workmanship is very poor; so I paid for that. I will not use them again in the future.

"I spent an extra $2500 to satisfy this guy. In roofing there are hidden problems under the roofing material. We experienced that once we got the roof tore off. It made my metal come up short once it was exposed. It was the structure, I always add extra to compensate. I did what I had to do to make this right, by ordering extra metal which cost $2500. I try to make every job complete and right."
