Mower was working fine before they picked it up.  They came and got it, serviced and cleaned it and returned it in a few days.  I paid them when they brought the mower back to me.  The first time I used it, a part falls off the mower and the deck drops to the ground.  At the time I could not find the part in my yard.  I call them.  They came back and picked up the mower.  They called and said it was going to be another $60.00 to fix.  I found the part in the yard but it was damaged.  I had to pay the additional $60.00 or they would not bring back my mower.  The mower was working fine until they serviced it.  I believe it was their fault.  I believe they failed to insert a pin into the part that holds the deck up and that caused the part to fall off the mower. They held my mower hostage until the bill was paid.
