So Now they have the nerve to threaten me with court.. Well I'm ready. Everyone that knows me can tell them what it was when I moved in and out. Personally I don"t think they will. UPDATE SOON!
Description of Work: The Apartments had not been updated since built in the 60's. The prior maintenance man's abilities were lacking . The apartment I rented in May of 2010 was in Fair condition except for the cabinet doors falling off. After gaining custody of my 2 year old Grandson . I moved to a 2 Bedroom Apt. in Oct of 2010. They had cleaned the carpets before I moved in, but with in a week every thing had wicked back up. All closet doors were falling off and would not close. Tile floors glue was coming off and tile was just lying on the floor. The door to the laundry room kept falling off and eventually fell on my grandson. That's when Kelly the New maintenance man came and took the door away instead of putting it back up. The Kitchen sink only had 1 stopper. The kitchen cabinets were new, but where they were the wrong size there was a1 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the cabinet where filth and mold grew that you could not get out. The apartment was always cold in the winter wind blew in the doors because of 1/2 in openings between the door and door facing to the point you could see in the living room in the evening with out opening the door. There is so much more but you get the picture. The Furnace went out in February and I had to wait from Friday until Monday for someone to come out and then another day for the parts. With one small Heater I had to move from room to room and upstairs at night to sleep. Come to find out The furnace had not worked right the whole time I was there, explaining the high electric bills in the winter and the non stop furnace.
