I brought my Blazer in for an oil change; an hour later they told me it would be another hour and a half so I cancelled the service. They did not close my hood all the way and as I left the hood flew up and caused almost $2000 worth of damage to my vehicle. Their insurance did cover it but it was a lengthy process. This is not the first time I used Walmart as a second choice; but would not use them again for this service.

I haven’t gone back because they were not very good. They look like a bunch of people who don’t really know what they are doing. They just laze around and talk to each other and they don’t seem to care much about their customers. They never interact and get the job done. I wouldn’t recommend them. I don’t think the price was worth it.
