The minute they got their money that was it. They didn’t do a good job. A piece blew off and they wouldn’t come back and fix.

there were numerous problems with the heating system including they forgot to turn on the gas going to the system, they did not level the system up and water was standing in the basement furnace room, they put the pipes in and left my day bed springs up behind the pipe now there is no way to get the springs out without taking the furnace apart, they ran new ductwork and improperly installed them at one time I would have trusted this company to do any of my work but over the years as they have grown some of the people hired to do the work are not the most reliable to do the work correctly I am not sure of the exact dates but the afore is my experience with HCH Co

It went horrible. You shouldn't trust them and make sure you watch everything they do.
