ackie Allen contacted me very shortly after I posted on Angie's list.He assured me. He was a good church going person. He brought his wife and co-worker over to my house So that they could bid the job.On november 21st. on november 22nd they started demolition on the room I had Sign a contract for 5 weeks. And paid them over ten thousand dollars to start the job.The project should be done by Christmas of 2024. If not the absolute longest, it would take the 1st of January 2025. Come to find out the woman he says is his wife, is not they were very unprofessional.They were asked to completely gut the room. I have videos of the rotten roof they left and just put drywall over. It will probably fall in because the boards are not going to be able to support it very long because they are rotten. They also left cigarettes and cigarette butts all over the floor. They left out wires that I got electrocuted on. Also, their crew members were electrocuted on. They assured me that they were licensed. Plumbers, license, electrician and insured company. They kept telling me they were going to send Me The credentials to me in an email ,Never received it. I continued to ask and they got mad and wanted to pull the job because I was asking for their credentials. After they had promised me for weeks, they were going to give it to me. After continuously lying to me and just not showing up to work for days on end. This project might have gotten 30 hours of work on it. In 6 week's reminds you. The contract was only 5 I was nice enough to give them an extra week and they still only put 4 more hours of actual work on it .whenever I Told them I could no longer allow them in my home.They threw my keys and threaten to burn my house down and which I have witnesses for all of this and videos for a lot of it. Jackie Allen the owner of the company elite excellence. Is a complete con artist in the beginning He will say whatever it takes to get the job. Then he takes people's money and does not do the work. He is a bully and very verbally aggressive. They had entire crew quit on them On my property. because of the way the crew was being treated he even tried to fight. With the crew members in front of my 7 years old son on my property, the crew quit him because they refused to do the dirty deeds he wants them to do he wanted them to do. He wanted them to Quit the job I had already paid for and they refused that turned into an altercation. That's why they quit. I paid Jackie Allen. $11371. If he is not able to provide the credentials he promised me he had. I would like all $11371 back. If he can provide the credentials That he is a licensed plumber, And that him and his significant other is a licensed electrician, and insurance from November 21st 2024, the to January 3rd 2025. I willing to take just what it's going to cost me to finish the job. They did not complete and that will be around $8000. But if they came in my home unlicensed and lied to me the whole time putting us in risk. I will not be willing to accept the 8000 I will have to have the entirety of my payment back They could see that we had no one to fight for us or stand up for us. And full on took advantage of that and robbed us. Anybody thinking about going through these people. Please, don't please find Somebody Else. And save yourself from being in This horrible situation I'm in.

I hired Elite Excellence construction to do a big job for me first I needed the electric ran from the main panel to the shed to add a sub panel and then a line to the pool with a couple GFI outlets! They got the job done quickly and done a great job! The next phase of the project was a pool deck with a lower deck and an octagon for some dimension. He took my vision and put his own idea with it and made a beautiful deck that is built for a hurricane

His team does a great job. Knows every about what I want and how to get it done. Experience and knowledge about how it should be. His team follows his guidelines to a tee. I would recommend him and his team. From budget to finish.
