I needed an inspection done on our new home. This is an older house so I had some concerns. Bill was incredibly thorough and professional. His report was detailed and left no questions about any of the info provided. He allowed me to arrive at the house after the inspection and review some things he found. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, candor, and professionalism. He was quick to respond and went out of his way to recommend other inspectors he knew who would be able to help us across the state line to sell our house. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the biggest expenses in a personà  à ¢à  à  à  à  s life is when they decide to purchase a home. They want to make sure that what they want to purchase is in person, quality conditions, and no information no regarding that possibly could be a problem and an additional expense to the purchase. WILLIAM BOX did an amazing job from top to bottom. His professionalism and many years of experience not only show in the most up-to-date equipment, but his personal unprofessional knowledge. Another thing that I was very impressed with the final inspection report. This report was so in-depth ! It had not only a main subject on all items, but you could get into each item and get more in-depth information. I would write this company with the highest star value of five and the highest number of 10 for its work and accuracy of a home inspection. This company also offers several different additional items for home inspection, and I could not be pleased anymore than I was to have these options available. You cannot get this kind of service, so complete so professional, so thorough from any other company that does this type of work. I recommend WILLIAM BOX with the highest recommendation out there.

We hired Bill to do our home inspection for a house we were interested in buying (he came highly recommended). He was very thorough, his report is very professional. Any serious issues came up red, things that needed attention were highlighted orange and any other issues (general maintenance or to be watched) were blue. Report was very detailed and easy to understand. There were multiple pictures of each area for us to review. My husband and I had questions and Bill was more than willing to answer texts or take phone calls from us. We were very pleased and would definitely use him again if we find ourselves home shopping in the near future!

I had Bill Box inspect my house prior to purchasing. He missed a huge hole in my roof that was covered by a flap of shingle, as well as a hot water heater leak. When contacted, he said he has no guarantee and I was out of luck. I would NOT recommend him for anything!!!
