I had bought the subwoofer and amp about a year earlier. I had an issue with my car battery draining, and they looked at it immediately. Said it was a bad amp and replaced it quickly without cost or question. That was within about half an hour. I then asked for guidance about a new head unit to get a deeper bass range. I purchased the recommended unit that took a little over an hour to install. I love it! These guys know their business. Tony provided realistic guidance on what I could expect at different price points and made suggestions best suited to me needs. What's most important to me is this: I trust them. I also appreciate the strong customer service. Trustworthy, competent, and customer oriented. I will go back for my next car audio purchase.

update on 07/07/2015./ Had installed a new stereo on my mini van and 2 USB outlets for the kids in the back of the van. Just outstanding service as always. If we ever move we will miss Tony and his guys, respectful and top notch service and warranty.
